      Pros

      I've worked at multiple companies but Spigen has pretty good benefits. - Half days on Fridays - PTO and congratulatory/condolence money for various family events - Free lunch - Team monthly budget for coffee/snacks/eating out & yearly workshop

      Cons

      - No WFH. - Somewhat strict overall.

      Pros

      It is a great company to get started in the e-commerce industry. The work life balance isn’t bad since there are half days every Friday. Community is friendly and people actually eat lunch together. You can easily get assimilated when you are new. People are supportive and open to help.

      Cons

      You get PTO days and more PSL days after 90 days of working.
