Compensation is within the market. Benefits are not bad. PTO is decent. Generally ok environment, but depends on the team. Office is nice and well equipped. Good growth for managers+
Cons
4 days a week in office. Culture is political and somewhat toxic. Career growth is limited (not for Mngr+ though) Decision-making at the leadership level is bad. Heavy investment in EPR has not shown clear returns, the company is not focusing on what this company actually is. Long-tenured staff dominate key positions, making change difficult. Visibility and favoritism matter more than merit. Leadership/management have no idea how things work. Their values often contradict actual behavior and decisions. Collaboration is bad, some departments are out of touch
