Nice colleagues, but overtime is killer - Nuke Compositor Spin Vfx Employee Review

I was told there would be no overtime needed and that was the furthest thing from the truth. I took the job to help them out as they were short handed and were having terrible systems issues. I almost killed myself doing all the hours and yet I was to blame for excessive OT - not the managers who kept asking me to do it. These managers even had me, a senior comper, do fairly extensive and time consuming OT roto because they didn't foresee the obvious. Also their HR dept is terribly rude and condescending.
