Internship Experience - R&D Engineer Spinal Kinetics Employee Review

This was my first internship and I had really good experience. The management at the time were very encouraging. They motivated the interns to learn new skills outside of the job role. Because of this internship, I was able to make a decision to pursue my career as an Engineer in the HealthCare Industry. Pre-Covid: The company hosted many lunch events (atleast 1 per each month). It was good to see the company coming together to celebrate cultural events.
