- Easy interview - Some managers are REALLY REALLY EXPERIENCED - They will support you if you are good - They can be your good friend
Cons
- Lots of unnecessary over time! - Poor working condition Eg 1: Poor ventilations but yet air is full of oil vapours, pungent chemical smell, sweat smell etc. (Without a mask, I wonder how long I could survive)
