Pros

Some decent people at his company and that's the only pro. Not a good enough reason to stay. The rest of them WATCH OUT!

Cons

This place is so dysfunctional and toxic, if you enjoy working at a place where everything changes by the second and they hardly communicate the changes with you then this is the place for you. If you enjoy a boss who does not even acknowledge you exist let alone work for you, then you will fit right in. He makes you feel like you should fear him, he does not appreciate his employees at all. The truth is, he needs to take a class of how to run a company. The changes made to "better" this place, only make the jobs of the staff who works over 40 hours a week more difficult. They run on software so outdated their own IT company knows it and they don't want to listen to the staff who actually uses it and says it should be better. Coming from a company where I learned the software very quick, to this place it was a joke. I tried to tell them, but they don't care that the staff is having to work 10 times harder for something that could be so much more efficient. Happy staff happy life. Not at this place. If you like running around with your head cut off and feeling no sense of accomplishment you will love this job. Also when you are told you will get benefits after 90 days, don't trust this, management is so far behind and they could care less about you and your health. But my advise stay far far away if you enjoy your home life and your sanity.

Pros

Cons

One of the worst work experiences I've had. Management creates a culture of intimidation and gossip. Throughout my short time there, I often felt my position was on shaky ground. It is no surprise that this organization experiences constant staff turnover—either employees quitting or being fired with minimal or no feedback. In fact, shortly after leaving, I learned that the clinic has lost four different doctors in the last 10–15 years. After leaving, it took several weeks for my emotional state to stabilize due to the stress of the my role. Absolute train wreck.
