Cons

You are disposable as an employee and as a human being They can hire and fire you in a minute No women in management- close circle of men hate other opinions 2 CFO’s quit in 2 years Horrible work place Never did any event for the employees only for the management For your own good stay away !!! Not even worth the time

Dear former employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. We truly value every perspective, as it helps us learn and grow as a company. We would like to take a moment to clarify a few points mentioned in your review. Our company invests heavily in recruiting and training our employees, with an emphasis on professionalism, development, and maintaining high standards. As a growing startup, we operate in a fast-paced environment where achieving sales and performance goals is an essential part of our success. Like in any performance-driven organization, employees who consistently fall short of these expectations may unfortunately find the role challenging — and while such decisions are never easy, they are made thoughtfully and respectfully. Regarding your comment about women in leadership, we’re proud to say that diversity and inclusion are core to who we are. In fact, women hold several key management positions across the company, including Head of Operations, Head of Product, Director of Production, and SDR Team Lead, among others. As for leadership transitions, these are a natural part of any company’s growth and evolution. Each individual brings their own contribution and perspective, and we appreciate the efforts of everyone who has been part of our journey. We also want to emphasize that we deeply value our team and continuously invest in creating a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture — including regular team events and initiatives to celebrate our people. We understand that parting ways with a company can sometimes be difficult, and we genuinely wish you all the best in your future endeavors. We hope you find a place where you can continue to grow, thrive, and achieve your professional aspirations. Warm regards, The Spines HR Team

Pros

I was very satisfied with direct manager. They took me without any experience in a startup environment and I am grateful for that. I got opportunities to learn new stuff and demonstrate my skills.

Cons

Once I understood my workflow, I knew there is now way for me to ever move to a different position in the company as the workload is too high. There is no hybrid option, only 5 days in the dull office although 90% of the work is just in front of the computer. We were forced to go to the office even during the war with Iran. It was problematic for me because I had a long commute. Office space is too small, even relatively senior staff has to sit in an open space without a lot of room for anything. The company had 250 employees without HR. Now there is HR but it's non-functioning. It reflects on how the whole onboarding process is a mess (although it did got better by the time I left). Bonuses are in the contract but unclear and I never received any, equity promised but not in the contract. The environment isn't happy as company prospects don't look good. A lot of great people are leaving or laid off. Any concerns are dismissed by C-Suite. Also, the C-Suite is all male and comprised mostly of the CEO's friends.

Pros

Everyone here is genuinely committed to getting results - there's a real "whatever it takes" energy across the team that I haven't felt at other companies. People take ownership, and push to make things work. As someone in user acquisition, it makes a huge difference when the people around you are equally invested in the numbers.

Cons

Traffic to the office can be brutal. Not the company's fault, just the reality of the location.
