The people and the culture. Awesome, hard working, caring people. Pay is good, and the health insurance is darn near 100% covered by the company.

From my perspective, there have been no cons.

The atmosphere is great. The employees are friendly and always helpful and work as a team. My training was by the lead also in this position. I also enjoy the freedom I have in my position. I plan my schedules, know what I have to get done every day, budget my own time and do all of this without someone breathing down my neck.

I don't think there are very many positions where you climb the ladder. Mine is very stationary. The pay is very low comparatively to others in the market. They have good company values, however moral is low due to the wage system at the moment.
