Great Company - Consultant Spinnaker SCA Employee Review

If you work hard, you will do really well here. It's a great culture for people that have a passion for what they do.

As a smaller company, work is not always balanced across resources.

Spinnaker SCA is a 100% virtual company yet I feel like I know my coworkers better here than many places I worked in-office. People here are very friendly, easy to get a hold of, and open to feedback. You can feel that coworkers here genuinely care about each other and want each other to succeed. You don't see the type of competition between departments that you see at a lot of companies. Everyone pushes each other to excellence.

As with any virtual company, employees can sometimes feel disconnected if there aren't regular check-ins and virtual events to purposefully connect. Spinnaker SCA does a great job of scheduling regular companywide meetings to bring people together. I look forward to seeing what we do in the future with this area.
