Pros

Was a very significant pay bump from my previous role and I've gotten a raise every year since - this was NOT normal at previous jobs for me. Remote work indefinitely is becoming more of a pro now that so many companies are making you go hybrid or on-site 99% of the ppl here are kind hearted and nice, even when work gets challenging. Leadership is approachable and is making changes to policies based on team member feedback - it's not perfect but I've been at companies where there is NO acknowledgement of team member well being so Spinutech feels to me like a company that says culture is important and actually backs that up.

Cons

Lots of big clients are leaving to pull work in-house which is tough No pay transparency within the company No DEI efforts currently Your experience is very manager-specific. Some managers are great at hands-on training, team process and growth opportunities, some you have to chase down to get them to notice you.

Pros

Getting paid on time was the only thing handled consistently and correctly.

Cons

- Management here was an absolute disaster with no real structure or control. - You would walk into meetings with zero clarity on what you were supposed to be doing or why it mattered at all. - When you asked for proper direction or support you got vague, useless responses followed by weeks of silence. - Nothing was ever followed through. - It felt like everyone was improvising constantly while leadership showed no interest in actually leading anything. - Every project turned into a frustrating guessing game where the goals were unclear and constantly shifting. - Most of the time was wasted just trying to decode basic expectations instead of doing the actual work. - It became exhausting, chaotic, and completely unsustainable, and eventually the only option left was to leave.
