Cons
The Company removed their co-founder (CEO) and other key executive staff members in the middle of 2013. Prior to the Co-founders removal, growth rates were accelerating with increasing velocity. The new CEO has shifted the Company from a Sales focus to a Process oriented focus. This directional change has flat-lined revenue growth (which is cause for concern in a growth stage enterprise operating in a growth industry). While the new CEO is a genuinely good person, his lack of industry knowledge and appointment of an amateur supporting C-level staff is allowing competitors to take advantage of the situation and steal market share at an alarming rate.
