Pros

The LoJack product is evolving before the OEM's consume the market entirely, and I tip my hat to the President of Dealer Franchise for this forward thinking. The Installation Team is outstanding. The Director of this division is a good leader and is level-headed. The Product Development Team is also outstanding. Great support, training and clarity.

Cons

The favoritism by the LoJack leadership team is tangible and toxic. Before I was terminated, I was asked to provide a positive Glassdoor review, obviously I did not. People are using the Glassdoor platform to learn about the company from a place a truth. Sadly, most of the employees that are Directors or long-term employees are frightened to lose their jobs and do as their told and stay in-line. This is not a company that wants to improve their client facing performance. They are led by a hyper-focused sales mentality and their strategy is abysmal. The employees are sub-par and don't move the mark for the end user. If you are the type of person that wants to do marginal work, enjoys kissing the butts of sub-par managers to stay on their good side-look no further. If you are driven, want to make a difference and have an entrepreneur spirit....run. Lastly, the majority of long-term employees are the most toxic and underperforming people I have ever worked with. If you choose to work here...watch out for them. They are really good at acting like they are your friends, will share how they really feel about the company but will cut your throat if they feel threatened. HR is on their speed dial.
