      The working experience is great, and if you need some time off, work from home etc no-one will be against it. Parties are chill and without drama

      Some people that got hired shouldn't have been, and there is a lack of performance evaluations.

      The company is small, bit it's already suffering from corporate inertia. Don't expect any of your ideas to ever materialize, and get ready to navigate office politics.
