Long hours, zero work life balance, client needs come before your health. Technology is very far behind. Nothing has changed here. Work here at your own risk!!! You will be thrown into projects with little support and expected to figure things out on your own. They are NOT following all the covid protocols I was told they had implemented and I’ve seen higher ups walking around without a mask on. DURING A VERY ACTIVE PANDEMIC! I absolutely regret taking this job offer. Whatever you hear about splashlight is true. This is a terrible place to work for.
