      Pros

      Management is very supportive and professional ensuring a pleasant work environment. My co-workers were also very helpful and contributed to the pleasant work environment. Great benefits, summer pay, off on school holidays.

      Cons

      Waking up at 4 am takes some getting used to. It would be nice If the pay rate was higher.

      Pros

      I love working at SISD because they are very family oriented and care about the kids. When I first started working for the district everyone was willing to help me learn the ins and outs of the job. They have a great program for anyone who is looking to go into teaching as a long-term career.

      Cons

      I think everyone could use a pay increase.
