Pros
There are so many reasons to work at Splice Machine, but my top ones are: - it's a ground-breaking product being used to solve real world problems - these are some of the top tech minds in the industry...true visionaries - across the board, from senior management to People Ops to Customer Success to Engineering, the people here are some of the best there is at what they do - they have very competitive compensation with outstanding benefits (including Flexible Time Off) - it's challenging, never boring, and there's a chance to learn something new every day - the culture is extremely supportive and encourages employees to pursue personal and professional growth I was a bit skeptical at first that it would live up to the hype, but so far this journey has exceeded all expectations. I can't imagine a better place to work.
Cons
I wouldn't really consider it a "con", but there are some common traits one would expect with any start-up such as changing priorities and irregular and/or long hours at times. The difference between here and other places I've worked, though, is that the extra effort is appreciated, and I still wouldn't trade it for any other job.
