Fast paced team environment. Since it's a smaller startup, you really get the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats, and have your hand in every aspect of the business. Leadership is great about listening and implementing ideas from anyone on the team.

This is a start-up with a disruptive industry idea, so there is risk.
