Pros
Great product, I think there will be even better solutions coming with Cisco and Splunk collaborating. The acquisition made sense. Brand name is key too
Cons
Not enough technical resources sometimes. There are some people in those roles that continuously say, "Not my job" and pass the issue off to others. Also, sales people sit in "ivory towers" and non sales people are treated as "serfs and waifs" so too much value given to sales and not as much to the overall team involved in wins.
