      Pros

      The new owners are continuously improving processes according to lean manufacturing principles and it shows. Production is up and they share the wealth. It's a foundry and it's hard work, but the pay is fair and they hire with no experience. A great place to start if you're looking for something new.

      Cons

      Lots of rapid changes can be frustrating sometimes, and communication of expectations can be a little vague or conflicting.

      Pros

      Management is respectful, shows genuine interest and care for their employees. Office culture is positive and upbeat. HR department is helpful and does a good job of making new employees feel welcomed and valued.
