Pros
Autonomy, flexibility and trust! Not one of those companies that sells you lies about how much are those things during the recruitment stage, it is genuinely a brilliant place. Although we are remote and from all walks of life, we all understand each other and trust each other to build something really special here. Truly asynchronous, so that I can work when I work my best and my output has not been better.
Cons
These aren't cons for me but could be if you work differently to this. - everyone is quite senior so you are expected to work autonomously and know your craft very well. No hand holding. - we are VERY a-sync and have very few meetings. This may not suit everyone but I love it. My only true con is as a whole company we can improve on feedback and praise.
