Pros
Benefits seem to be great, Company is name best place to work in Indiana. It seems better to be in the office than working remotely. Lots of evens and retreats.
Cons
If you have a disability, Kids, or family this place is not for you. They are not aware of Remote Settings - Very new to it. Your orientation is delegated by an Audit team not fellow tax team. Some managers do not even want to be there. If you don’t engage it’s absolutely an issue to them. If you have priorities with family it is an issue for them. They do not listen to anything you actually say. And make judgements and biased opinions without understanding what is actually going on. Close knit group - nothing can penetrate. People work long hours- very little pay.
