1. Non-Technical Managers you can manipulate them according to your comfort ideas they don't even know real time estimation of any implementations behind any logic. 2. If you don't want to feel like you work for any company this is the best place to work for as they work inside rented house so you never feel like you go to office for your work.
Cons
1.Non Technical Mangers-: They don't understand what is practical and what is imaginative they just tell you i want this results and take this as a challenge even that results contains lots of research work,processes ,discussions,paper work they don't know all of these terms they just give you deadlines(without calculating efforts required) to show them results. 2. They Hire you that mean according to them they owned you they never treat you as a professional engineer because they never know these things how to talk how to respect your people they just assign you any task if your task is completed they may tell you to do jobs other then your domain( Because they can't see anyone completed his/her task earlier so that he can work for himself/herself to build their own skills, they just concern about company capital profits ). 3.If a person join for stable job for his family ,then never think about it because they will fire you without any valid warning or reasons only on the basis of their ego,if you stop saying "YES" to them and start saying "NO" to their useless ideas they will Fire you 100%. 4. No Job security many co-workers get fired without any warnings from CEO("couples") of the company even they don't give chance to serve notice period.
