Pros

Cons
So many but will list a few. Serious lack of transparency through the whole company. Lack of communication from the higher ups to the Supervisors and even less to the employees. The people who work in the factory arent treated with the same respect as the people working in the offices. The people working the offices many times dont even know what is going on in the factory and how processes work, which is pretty laughable. There is an underlying race issue that the company desperately tries to hide and deny. Almost no people of color get promotions and they are typically "watched" a lot more closely than anyone else. If you get injured on the job then forget about. You are treated as if youre an enemy of the company. They will try to put all blame on you and treat you as if youre incompetent. Mainly the new manager has been doing this to multiple people. There are a lot of procedures and training that needs to be reviewed for safety. Many things in the factory are not up to OSHA standards. A lot of injuries have not been recorded and many of them have had lasting effects on employees that the managers couldnt care less about. The cliques in the company and high school mentality runs rampant. Many Supervisors, Team Leads and the newest manager are protected simply because they are friends with upper management. If you arent included in the clique/cult and dont live and breathe Spoonflower then you can kiss opportunities goodbye. Mentioning that you have a life outside of Spoonflower to the managers instantly makes u deemed unworthy to move up. The work life balance isnt great and will be even worse come next year when they change everyones schedules yet again. There is little to no flexibility with scheduling unless you are friends with the managers or the scheduling person.
