Horrible Management, No job security - Anonymous employee Sport Graphics Employee Review

Management plays favorites. No job security. They work you endless hours during peak season in the spring then let you go after they are done with you. They make a lot of promises they never follow through on. No retirement fund. No 401k. Benefits are less than average. Very little PTO. Owner thinks buying you a drink is repayment enough for endless unpaid overtime.
