Pros
Some really good talented people here but they are worked so hard there was no culture. Super sketchy east side location so it's a perk they're moving the design part downtown.
Cons
0 perks, you pretty much only get a paycheck. They don't even have free coffee you have to buy your own and bring it in. Get use to 12-15 hour days, no flexibility, no working from home, and the worst is if a deadline falls around a holiday plan on having to work it. Low pay relative to the amount of hours you have to put in. Very few people stay longer than 1 year. I talked to several coworkers and we all regretted leaving our past employers for this awful place. Not a fun place to work, you feel like a machine here and you will be grinded down quickly. The relevant people who can get better jobs get out quickly.
