Company Culture: The atmosphere is very positive. I really enjoyed the Monday morning meetings and the general camaraderie among the staff. Unique Perks: The benefits are a major plus—having the flexibility for coffee/snack breaks and the opportunity to play pickleball with the team made the workday much more enjoyable. Fair Compensation: The wages are competitive and satisfactory for the industry.
