Being part of a small team makes for an exciting and challenging work environment. It's a choose your own destiny kind of place - no one is going to hold your hand beyond the first week, so if you want to put in the work and time, the growth potential is unlimited. It has been really fun and rewarding to see the growth of both the people and the company over the past 3 years. Looking forward to what's next!
Cons
It's a "small" self-funded, profitable company. If you want the cushion of a VC funded startup where you get every meal free and you can hide in a sea of new employees, this isn't the place. You'll have a spotlight. For the right people, it's not a con.
