Pros
The technology is current and fast paced. Co-workers are good to work with who share similar motivation and values resulting in good quality work. The extra employee benefits are ok (breakfast, coffee etc.) , but in every sense standard for a gambling company. 5 weeks holiday, but they get your days back.
Cons
HR do not take work place bullying seriously. Seen Co-workers complaints about management personnel been completely disregarded. Certain Management and leadership staff are not right for the company, they are in it for themselves. There is no transparency for the staff around transformation and restructures. Have also witnessed lack of fair opportunities to staff. Lacking strategic direction. Its who you know.
