Pros

You choose when and where you work, which is great if you need to be flexible regarding your work times. Pay is pretty good for a freelance role that usually only requires a 3-4 hour time commitment.

Cons

Errors can mean not getting paid (although your expenses are still paid for). It is possible you are asked to leave the stadium by security. I think this only happens in certain countries, but if you cover matches using what the company calls a "hardphone", then you're less likely to be spotted by security.

Pros

many sports you can cover

Cons

very bad communication, nepotism, they sometimes cut fee without reason, I think they don't understand many times, when you need something, they don't answer for long time, they don't value their scouts. From day to day they can give you no matches without any reason. Very toxic company and I suggest to you don't work there.
