      Pros

      The overall energy and motivation of the company and CEO is something I can relate to, trying to not only run a business but doing good for the costumers health is of great value, on top of this being able to show my work and have my opions be relevant is amazing.

      Cons

      The global market sometimes can be hard and can make any company stumble, even thought it's a big company, it's not without its issues.
