Pros

- youthful amazing co workers. - cool office

Cons

Where to start. for this job you are expected to be in the office from 8-5 everyday and be available 24/7. At first they give you false hope that you can make big $ from this position. It is all a lie. Commission is non existent. You would need to stay for over a year and have incredible accounts (not realistic in this market). So basically this is a base pay job to make an insane number of cold calls daily. Prospecting is to be done on your own time. If this wasn't enough, you are put on an improvement plan after the first month no matter how well you are doing. This plan and their metrics are crazy and feels like you are in a pressure chamber. Not an awful position to start after school but there is better options out there.

Pros

Excellent training and Development. I had been in the sales industry for 5 years and this is the best training and development I’ve received. Management is very relaxed, helpful, supportive and understanding.

Cons

In office all 5 days a week. Takes longer than most sales jobs to start making commission but is standard for the industry.

Pros

The office is in a good area of the city and building amenities are nice.

Cons

This company and the entirety of its management is completely unprofessional. Managers will only help you when it is convenient to them, miss scheduled meetings without notice, or be absent for weeks at a time. Manager turnover is high and you are left to figure things out for yourself a good majority of the time. There is no work from home option and they only provide 10 days of PTO and 0 sick days. Most people, management included, will come in sick to save their vacation days and get others sick in the process. The only time a work from home option was provided was when a former employee posed an extremely dangerous threat to the office and police had to guard the building. Even then, the option to work in office was available. Racism and sexism are prevalent throughout the company. Minorities are the first to be placed on performance improvement plans on tracks to be fired, while others with equal or even lower performance are not. Women are frequent targets of baseless accusations made by trainers and upper management, making it an incredibly hostile environment to work in.
