Pros
Everyone is really helpful and supportive, as teams work hard to collaborate cross-functionally on projects. There is a cultural focus on working hard while maintaining good mental health and balancing life.
Cons
Common startup pains of shifting priorities, though management is very supportive of their teams and tries their best to make these shifts painless. There’s a ton involved with various projects and it can feel difficult to keep up with, but again management makes this better. Lots of on the job learning opportunities through experience but not tons of time for individual mentorship.
