Pros
Somehow they managed to keep a very friendly and open culture, which does wonders to engineering. It's also very much bottom to top, not the other way around. Have seen some of the best examples of servant leadership in this company. From Eng Manager to VP level. Also, google Introdays. It's massive and it's awesome. Anyone working here also gets massive coolness among friends and family.
Cons
Sometimes timezones can be a little hard to work across, but that's a given with any international company. I wish they had better planning sometimes, some changes of the main northstars mean lot of restructures and letting go of people :(
