      Hanging out with musicians and rock bands Cool "Spotify" brand vibe and the OMG, you work at Spotify delight

      1. Low bar on leadership. All APAC leaders have a low bar starting with Gautam Talwar, the GM - who is unimpressive and mediocre, at best. Have you heard him speak? 2. Poor pay and increments 3. Promotions only a concept for senior folks who play politics well 4. No innovation happening at Spotify, Asia

      It has started moving much faster than in prior years and there's a lot of emphasis on moving fast through AI. The culture is still pretty fun and it feels like you're working for a fun product

      Cons

      Spotify, as an app, is trying to find out what the next ten years look like for them. Right now leadership is experimenting with different directions and features so expect ambiguity and changing of scope and orgs
