Pros

Friendly and helpful colleagues across different countries, training webinar portal, warm working environment (drinks & birthday celebrations), professional and decent work environment, international.

Cons

Lack of guidance and direction of the top executives only pushes senior managers to be the bad guy which created bad working relationships among departments. Team members getting into the office 2 hours late holding a coffee and being unproductive during the day, the executives would not have any comments, therefore influenced the majority of the team doing the same, they have no basic respect to the work - very bad management.

Pros

I'm only writing this review because of the only review that is written here from October this year. Obsessively, it was either written by a person that has never worked in SpotOption or by a frustrated former employee that got redundant - and this can happen everywhere. SpotOption is exactly the opposite of everything was said in that review. It is one big family, very fun working environment, it is a market leader in it's filed and it fill great to be part of something successful. The mangers are very friendly and their is no distance between them and the employees. The owner is very much accessible to hear everyone out. If you have the right skills for a relevant position - join us. At least come over to the building at lunch time and ask employees randomly what they think and how they fill and I'm sure you will discover yourself that what is written in the other post, is not representing good and successful employees in SpotOption.

Cons

If you are not a hard working person.

Pros

No reason, really. No good salary, management, human relations on behalf of management, or even human skills on behalf of fellow employees.

Cons

Not only do the management of the development department have a complete lack of ability or technical knowledge to manage their employees to get the job done, but they also treat their developers with disrespect and even resort to bullying, sometimes doing it in cooperation with other employees, turning one against the other.
