      Working hard to be the best at what we do in the industry. Nice people- no jerks allowed. Highly competent team of leaders. Profit share- 15% of company earnings distributed to employees quarterly Corporate Social responsibility - 10% of company earnings given to charity monthly

      The salary was fair, and you were free to do the work that was assigned to you without being micromanaged or looking over your shoulder at all times.
