I’ve grown to embrace challenges with more ownership and confidence, knowing that excellence doesn't go unnoticed. It’s rewarding to be part of a culture that encourages growth and celebrates progress. That recognition, combined with a culture that encourages personal growth, has helped shift my mindset.
