Pros
Spreetail is growing quickly and so are the business demands of the company. There is no shortage of opportunity! Combined with the incredible development programs it has been a great place to grow as a professional. This isn't my first job, and I can say I learned more in my first year here than I did in two years at my previous gig. The leadership is very good at encouraging you to take risks and put yourself out of your comfort zone. Communication is a lot easier here, and there is very little red tape, approvals, emails, etc... The senior leaders are always open to meet and listen. If you have an awesome idea and a reason it will help the company, you will have the support of your peers in pursuing it.
Cons
As you spend more time at Spreetail you will find it's easy to wear too many hats. It can be difficult to pick your challenges in an environment that throws so many opportunities your way.
