Absolutely the worst safe working envirements I've ever seen. Budget is not spent as it should when it comes to cleaning, training, and equipment. They care more about meeting numbers than people. One hiring agency is used for temp employees and the turnover ratio is ridiculous. Equipment maintenance is not kept to assist in top performance. More money is spent repairing verse replacing. Supervisors have no idea how to lead and mentorship is non existed due to leadership not experienced enough. The general manager is good but has hi has tied with upper management decisions.
