Pros
People at Sprig genuinely enjoy the work they are doing and want the company to succeed. Everyone supports one another and there is a very collaborative mindset. Modern and convenient office helps with productivity and is a fun place to be at. Company has had some great successes this year and is poised to continue into 2026. People work hard at Sprig and the hard workers get taken care of. Be expected to work hard.
Cons
Still a start up (but a healthy and mature one), however that means sometimes there is uncertainty and changes in direction. Sometimes the company moves faster than I think we should.
