      Working 3rd shift isn’t so bad

      Cons

      Roaches, hostile work environment at times, keeps changing leadership and companies, obese residents with no hoyer lifts, will schedule you less hours then try to call you in daily to fill in shortages

      Good coworkers, your peers genuinely care about the residents

      Cons

      Toxic management, people didn't stick to COVID-19 protocol strictly enough and the facility didn't dispose of red bags quickly enough. We had a maintenance closet FULL of hazardous waste.
