Pros
- Flexible timing (though it is not in favor of employees) -Installed new Air Conditioner -Good salary (on paper)
Cons
- worst management - lack of leadership quality in senior members of company - estimates are as per client's expectations, nobody considers opinion of employee who is actually gonna work on that project. -salary is a dream for many employees though salary slip is generated on time - evening snacks was good previously but now quality is worst -no comp off -if you work on weekends or late night then it's your fault, not company's.
