Pros
- I like having the freedom to determine my own role. Things are constantly changing and I've had the opportunity to work across all departments and with all teams over the course of my career. - If I see an opportunity for growth or something I think should be done I'm able to pursue it (as long as it aligns with overall company goals). - Laid back management approach - teams meet regularly but I've never experienced any form of micromanagement. Also, leadership is always available to offer feedback and advice. - The company is still small and moves quickly—there are lots of opportunities to learn (or teach yourself) to do something new. - Friendly coworkers around the world. I've made close friends with colleagues over the years.
Cons
- Sometimes work creeps into personal time. There are moments where you'll need to burn the midnight oil to get things done by certain deadlines—as long as you can find a balance it's fine.
