Pros
Bi-weekly pay on time I guess, and pay is ok.
Cons
Work-life balance is nonexistent, with last-minute work demands being the norm due to poor planning from the CEO. Workplace bullying and verbal harassment are common, and these issues go unaddressed without a proper HR system in place. The pay system is confusing, with unequal bonus distributions based on favoritism. Talented employees get criticized for small mistakes, while others are praised for minimal effort. One of the prominent issues is that the CEO favors employees who obey him unquestioningly and appear to work hard, regardless of the efficiency or quality of their work. It's not about working smart or doing the right thing, but about putting in a lot effort and portraying a certain image. This discourages strategic thinking and impedes productivity. The CEO often makes inappropriate comments and struggles with emotional control. Growth opportunities are rare. Health benefits and the 401k plan are poor, and the work environment is a disaster. If you're considering this job, my advice is to think twice. RUN!!!
