overall a great company - Collections Associate Spring Oaks Capital Employee Review

The clothing policy drives me crazy. I have worn the same outfit ive seen someone else where and its always a problem if i wear it, Ive honestly at this point gotten stressed out over summer attire because here i am working in fall and my long sleeve blouse is an issue but a girl with off shoulder short dress is not. so it feels like a lot of favoritism, Company policy says things like no crocs but i see a ton of that too, its just so backwards because seems like no one fully follows it and at that point begins to feel like favoritism for allowing certain people to just do and wear what you want, meanwhile im constantly being told somethings wrong with my outfits, somethings gotta be redone about the company policy and either redone on what is acceptable to wear and for what season of weather, and then actually implemented it to.. EVERYONE. not just some people.
