Fun work environment, love the fact that my whole team has the same schedule, 3 weeks paid vacation w/in 1 calendar year, weekly pay, 401k
Cons
Too noisy, being the area is open, 10-7 would be perfect instead of the allllll day 12-9 late nights, bonus is way lower than I'm used to but not a deal breaker for me.
