      3 months of probation when you start working so you don't get tips and when you do start getting tips, there isn't a lot of clarity on how it's distributed. There are rumors going around about how management skims off the top when it comes to tips

      Lots of coworkers that are willing to help you out. Willing to hire people without professional experience.
