Structure and support needs improvement - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care Employee Review

Platform kinda sucks. Bonus depends on whether notes/ schedule are on time but you have to check and double check notes submitted. It's a bit lonely as all of your colleagues are remote mostly. I would like more of an opportunity to learn from my BCBA and a team.
