Pros

Cool offices in NWA and Tulsa

Cons

The level of micromanaging is insulting, the management is inappropriate and unprofessional, they refuse to change the way they do things and keep up with other competitors and wonder why business is terrible. They shell out empty promises and have the most real example of “fake culture” (cool office, half day Fridays, etc) but it’s the only thing they can offer to try and get new people in the door since they’ve lost their entire team. They don’t care about anyone on their team, they only care about making money, but make it really hard to even do that. The politics are terrible- you better hope the guy in charge thinks you’re cute! And don’t even try working there if you’re a guy. It’s so obvious it’s sad. They should remove their values and mission from everything because they don’t stand by it at all. It has been so sad to see what they’ve done to so many good people and good employees there. No decent person should work there, they don’t want decency. Run!!

Pros

SpringPoint has a genuinely collaborative culture where everyone works together toward shared goals. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and they really do care about your professional growth. There’s a strong focus on teamwork, learning, and celebrating success. It’s a place where your ideas are heard and you feel appreciated for the work you do.

Cons

Honestly, none! The pace can be fast because the company is growing and evolving quickly, but it’s exciting, not overwhelming.
