      It is a really great place to work. It is a place where you look forward to coming every day.

      There is no room for growth. When new positions open up they hire from outside the company.

      Amazing recruiter, pay options, location options

      Cons

      Some hospitals are awful to work for but that has nothing to do with springboard. They take away your stipend if you miss a day because the hospital cancels you but you still have to live wherever you are so that doesn’t make any sense.
